AirPort Extreme slow wifi (only in 2,4ghz)

hi,

I have an AirPort Extreme with two airport express repeaters throughout the flat. Since I returned from vacation, I realize that the regular Wifi, but not the 5GHZ one is awfully slow. In 5ghz it's all good, but the regula one has become unusable. Restarting it several times didn't help.

Any thoughts?
