so i have a 802.11n airport extreme, but it just seems really slow... i was streaming a movie from a hard drive i have connected to it and it was choppy and it would cut out, i have it set on 802.11n 5ghz only and i have the latest firmware but im not getting very good throughput. any ideas?

That's just the way it is when you connect a usb drive. A lot of owners have complained about it. Do a test, have a computer hooked up to your AEBS router via Gigabit and stream that.
