Airport Extreme update

My Airport Extreme has just started flashing saying there's a firmware update!

I've not seen anybody else mention it on here so either I'm the first (highly unlikely!), or it's been around for ages and I've only just found out (more likely )

Anybody know anything about it?

Is it the 7.4.2 update? If so it's been out for about a week.
