Airport Extreme Version # Which one to choose?

I'm in the market of purchasing a new Airport Extreme for my House, I want to buy the latest Version and model, but I'm confuse with all these M******* versions, can anyone tell me which one is the latest and better version I should consider?
I live in US.

MB763LL/A is the newest AirPort Extreme. Comes pre-loaded with the 7.4.1 firmware, and you'll need AirPort Utility 5.4.1 to set it up. If you want a network drive or backup drive included you'll want to consider the Time Capsule which has the same features as the Extreme, but with a built-in 500 GB or 1 TB drive. The model number for the Time Capsule, both versions, is MB764LL/A.

Incorrect:

MB764LL/A is the 500GB Time Capsule
MB765LL/A is the 1TB Time Capsule

Both of the above are the new dual band time capsules. 276 and 277 are the older generation Time Capsules.
