Anyone had a chance to compare the range/speed of Airport Extreme vs. wireless RoadRunner from TWC? I'm having a world of problems with one particular part of the house (my wife's office) getting a signal from the Extreme, and would consider going to wireless RR if its range is better.
Mac in question is a fairly new 20-inch iMac with N-compatible Airport card, running 10.5.2 Leopard.
Our home network includes a variety of G devices (Tivo, Xbox, etc) so the N speed of the APX isn't a factor here. I just want a good strong G signal that we can all share.
And yes, I've tried adding an Airport Express to the mix. No joy. This particular part of the house is like the Bermuda Triangle of wireless.
