Let me tell you what I would like to set up, and hopefully I can get some advice as to whether or not this will work:

I'm going to get either a regular airport extreme base station, or a time capsile. I will connect my MBP wirelessly, and an xbox 360, either wired or wireless.

Basically, I want to be able to download high-definition quality movies and television shows on my computer, save them to the time capsule, and stream them on my Xbox 360. Will the xbox recognize and access the time capsule and stream movies from it? Is a wired ethernet and/or wireless connection from the time capsule to the xbox fast enough to stream HD content? Or is the time capsule just suitable for the time machine backups?

I planned on running Windows Vista Ultimate (I can get it for $18 from my school computer store) on Boot Camp for its Media Center capabilities, since the Xbox works as a media center connector...however I won't be using it as a DVR or anything, so maybe media center is un-necessary, so long as the xbox recognizes the hard drive.

So basically, can I download HD movies, save them to the time capsule, and stream them from the time machine to the xbox to view them on my television? If not, I may as well get the regular airport extreme.
