Airport Extreme won't renew IP lease

I have an Airport Extreme Dual band, extended via Ethernet by an Airport Express Dual Band. For some reason, lately the Extreme stops giving out IP addresses. Everything will be fine for about a day, then nothing can get an IP. My only resolution is to unplug power to the extreme, then plug it back in. Then everything works fine for about a day or so. I've already wiped the extreme, and re-configured, just in case it was a software issue. Any ideas?
