Airport Extreme

Just installed new base station. Worked fine - green light displayed - now blinking yellow but wireless still works. Should I reset or leave it alone?

There is a reason it is blinking yellow.

Mine was blinking yellow because it needed a software update. Launch Airport Utility and it will tell you why.

Mine was brand new yesterday and had to do firmware and software updates, THEN worked fine. However I had to unplug the cable modem then plug it back in for the extreme to key the update...not sure why that was. working now, got printer sharing and everything running smooth. Nice router.
