I just purchased the airport extreme and can't get it to work. My desktop pc is only 200mgz is that why?

Airport Ext setup

To set up AirPort Extreme using a Windows PC, you must have the following:
 A Windows PC with 300 MHz or higher processor speed  Windows XP Home or Professional (with Service Pack 2 installed)  AirPort Utility v5 or later
