AirPort firmware problems

As Marco Arment's blog post states, I too have these annoying problems with the 7.6.3 firmware running on my AirPort Express (the newest model). I followed his exact steps in order to downgrade to 7.6.1 but my issue is 7.6.1 is not listed in the list when Option-clicking. Only 7.6.2 shows up, so my question is: does anyone still have the 7.6.1 firmware file on his / her computer and if so, could you please upload the file somewhere cause I've been looking everywhere...
