I have an airport extreme 802.11n base station and I want to extend my wireless network. I used my old airport express 802.11g base station. The network remains really sluggish with internet and no real extension even if the strenghth of the signal looks good in the menu bar the macs.
Do you think I can use my old airport 802.11g base station instead of the aiport express 802.11g or it would be better to buy a new airport express 802.11n base station?
Also what kind of multicast rate I have to used for best extension?
