My macbook (and iphones) connect with my airport after I entered password. However my visitor's toshiba laptop can't connect. It can see the the correct network by name and has a very strong signal but after entering correct password message is 'The key or passphrase is incorrect". Password is correct. How can my visitor fix it? (I am out of town and can not connect to remove the password requirement)
