Airport Mac Address limiting?

Hey everyone ,

I have "Access control" on my Airport network and it works great. . .devices who aren't listed won't see the network and won't be able to join.

Except my brothers new iPhone 4. He could log into the network and start using :S

Does anyone know how this is?

I haven't listed his device in the devices I allow on the network :S
