Hello
I would be grateful of any help please. My macbook has always worked in an open office space that uses a wireless connection. But when I tried to get on the internet today it won't connect even though it can see the correct network and the password is correct. Other computers and laptops in the office work perfectly as normal so it seems to be just my macbook that is having the problem.
I have tried everything in Network Preferences but nothing helps.
I have made no changes at all to the macbook previous to the problem. I did recently respond to an automatic update request which is the only thing that may be different.
Please lend advice - it's probably something simple as I am clueless at this sort of thing.
Many thanks!
Zoe

What does "it won't connect" mean? It gave you an actual message on the screen saying "it won't connect"?

Tell us the actual error message, verbatim, or post a screen shot. Or turn off your caps lock when you type the password next time.
