Airport, PPoE and change of DNS

Hi I have an Airport Extreme handling my PPoE, by default it does the DHCP and DNS.

The box to change it is greyed out.

I am wanting the Airport to still do the PPoE, but i want my Server to handle DHCP and DNS


Is there a way this can be done?
