Twice now I've woken my MBP from sleep and seen the task "airport" taking up almost a gig and a half of my ram. I don't really understand why my wireless connection would need to use up that kind of ram and the only way for me to clear it out is to kill the process, turning off airport doesn't do it. Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

More specifically it's eating up Active RAM.
