I want to buy the Aiport Time Capsule to wireless backup my mac using TimeMachine, however I am currently in Japan for a couple months and am wondering if this product will work fine once I return to the US. Or are there other products that work just as good for wireless backup if you do not need the wireless router capability of Airport Time Capsule.

Cheers, and thanks you in advance

Getting a wireless device in Japan will use different frequencies then the US version. So remember that in you personal moving around the world.

I got the 2TB one and love it. I would recommend buying a refurbished one to save yourself $100.
