Airport to Aiport internet sharing(OSX to Iphone)

I have an internet connection WIFI via airport to my computer and I am looking to share that connection with my IPHONE. In the sharing preferences the options seem to be limited to: airport => ethernet, firewire or Ethernet => Airport, firewire or ethernet. I need an airport => airport option does anyone know of a third party program that allows this? Or am I missing something?

Bonus question: The reason why this is necessary is I am unable to connect to the wifi directly, my IPHONE insists the password is incorrect. I've read that there are some password accepting issues with the Iphone and chalked it up to that. However, if you know why I can't connect that would circumvent the problem above. I do not have access to change the wifi password.

The only option would be to share the WiFie via Ethernet to some WiFi router and connect to that with the iPhone. You could look into the AirPort Express and see if that works, as I don't know, if it does, but it should (via my logic).
