I just got a new macbook with OS X 10.5.. I used 10.4 on my powerbook before. It seems that the Airport utility has changed significantly.. I can't find the settings for making the network non-broadcast (hidden) anymore, and furthermore, I can only set up a WPA/WPA2 network, while the old application allowed me to set up either a WPA or WPA2 network.. any ideas how I can still achieve these things? (WPA2 doesn't work properly with older versions of XP, and I don't want to broadcast)

on the screen for the security options there is a button at the bottom for Wireless Option there you will find to hide the network. You should be able to use the WPA/WPA2 Setting to achieve what you want. I use WEP because I know that Windows will be able to connect to that.
