Airport Wont Turn ON?

Its a 667mhz Titanium Powerbook, 1gb ram with 10.4

Whenever i try and turn airport card on..it just doesnt turn on

i know its installed and worked on my other titanium..i just switched computers..

yes...atenna is plugged in correctly too
