I am trying to sync a Blu Ray player, and it gives me the following choices for WPA2:

-TKIP
-AES

which one of these 2 are the WPA2 personal

You want the AES. Its the better of the two encryption forms.

The airport extreme just says WPA2 Personal, does not mention AES or TKIP, but the device I am connect say WPA2 Personal AES and WPA2 Personal TKIP

how do I set the airport extreme to WPA2 Personal AES or is this the default and it does not support TKIP?

The Airport Extreme does not support TKIP on WPA2. The recent firmware update removed it and for good reason. TKIP is easy to crack when the resources are available. Where as AES takes a very long time to crack.
