AirPrint/AirPlay doesn't work?

Recently I've been reading about the AirPrint/AirPlay on Apple, it seems amazingly interesting. Earlier on, I tried printing a document from my iPhone 4. Sadly, it couldn't detect my printer, my printer can be detected from my laptop. Yes, It is wireless, i usually print stuff wirelessly. And yes, I do have the AirExpress. It's just that my iPhone can't detect it. Any suggestions?

Maybe your printer isn't on the list of the officially supported:
