I wanted to print wirelessly at home from my iPad and iPhone so I purchased an HP LaserJet P1102w which is advertised as having AirPrint. Worst experience ever! Printing from iOS devices via airprint is extremely unreliable! It might print once and then it just won't print anymore until cycle power on printer. I've upgraded the firmware with no improvement. My wifi router is Open-Mesh with latest firmware and great signal strength. Printing from laptop seems to be ok but from iOS device... a disaster! What is the problem, can I fix my current setup somehow, is airprint known to be flaky like this? Can anyone recommend a reliable, small, b/w laser airprint printer? Thanks!
