airprint missing

i have an ipad 3g 64gb, ios 4.2.1
my problem is i can't find any command or menu to use airprint
in safari, mail, photos the print command is missing!!!
the ipad is jailbroken, so i installed truprint trial, when i tap search printers, nothings happens
what´s the problem? is there cydia apps that conflict with airprint?
