AirPrint not even available on my iPhone 4!!!

Hey whats going on Apple users... I have the Verizon iPhone 4 currently jailbroken using greenpoison's jailbreak for firmware 4.2.6. My issue is that I am trying to access the option to use AirPrint but when I go to my photos, safari, email, etc. I dont have the option to print. I have all the other options but not to print. It would be one thing if I had an incompatible printer or no network connection but thats not the case. I have been on youtube, up and down google and it seems if I am the only one with the issue. I would greatly appreciate if someone could shed some light on this situation.
