Hi all,

I have 4 AirTags, all assigned to a set of keys-two are mine, two are my wifes. I set the AirTags up on my device and as such, all are registered with me. I've had them set up this way for a good 18 months+ with no issues, until recently.

In the last Month, my wife keeps receiving notifications to say that an airtag is following her. Upon inspection, it is in fact the AirTags on her keys. When I set them all up initially, I shared all AirTags with her and all were visible/available in 'Find My' on both my, and her device. Now it would appear that the AirTags keep removing themselves from her 'Find My' so it no longer recognises them.

It worked perfectly almost 18 months, but now they just seem to keep removing themselves.

Any idea why this might be happening? It's very frustrating!

Check batteries. other than that: what devices running which OS version are involved?

I forget which iOS it is, but this was the first thing I checked-both my, and my wifes 16 ar up to date (non-beta).

I've never had a battery warning-but wouldn't this affect the AirTags displaying in my Find My? I have zero issues with them displaying with mine, but they just all vanish from my Wifes and no longer show as sharing with her.

Have you tried replacing the batteries? Maybe they are running alittle low

triede rebooting her phones? and maybe yours too.

I've had issues with a couple of this years iOS releases, AirTags and bluetooth in general has gone a bit sideways with upgrades, an additional reboot after the reboot that happens with the update seems to sort it out.
