Airtags not showing in "Find My Items" for other devices logged in with same Apple ID

I setup 3 airtags on my personal iPhone (iPhone 12 pro max) and they aren't showing on my work iPhone (iPhone SE 2020) logged into the same Apple ID. They are, however, showing on my iPad.

Are all your devices on iOS 14.5? And can you see your other iOS/iPadOS devices on the iPhone SE Find My App?

I have this problem, and all my devices are current – iOS and iPadOS 14.5 and macOS 11.3.
