Airtunes Drop Discussion

Has anyone truly found a fix to the dropping airtunes problem? There is Zero interference in the room I am using it in. No phones, no microwaves, and the station is only ten feet away from the computer. Why every five or six seconds does Airtunes pause, the song completely pauses and then starts back up after another 3-10 seconds depending. I have read many forums and tried many different things, changing the channel of my wireless router that my Airport Express connects to, checking interference robustness...does anyone have a real fix for this, because it works fine with Airtunes when not connected to a wireless network. The wireless router I am using is a Westell Versalink router provided by AT&T.
