Airtunes from a wired mac ... stopped working on iTunes update

My wired mac mini no longer displays my remote speakers from my Airport Express in iTunes after the latest (6.0.3) update. My wireless powerbook sees the speakers without issue just as before.

The mini is hooked to a linksys router which is also hooked to an Airport hub. The Airport Express is a repeater of that hub.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
