AJAX: drag submission form from corner

I don't know if this is AJAX, but all I know is I want to stay away from Flash. I would like to have an "@" at the top right hand corner of my webpage that if dragged would reveal a sliding shape which contained the web submission form.

I can't program or web design, I just have an idea for what I want. First of all, can it be done? I wanted to keep my website flash free so nobody is prompted to download anything.

Only JavaScript is required for it. Here's some links for thing like this, though someone may need to help you use the scripts to get what you want.

Personally though I think you're better off having it reveal itself when a visitor clicks on the "@" in order to give a better user experience.

I did think about it being automated but I prefer the idea that the surfer has to work for it. Thanks for the links.
