So in previous watchOS versions I could just set the alarm by toggling the time I wanted and press the confirm prompt to set the alarm. On the latest watchOS I have to swipe to Edit Alarm to get the alarm activated.

Anyone noticed this?

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but I think I have a similar issue. Sometimes I want to wake up a bit early, if I go into my office, and the days I go in will vary. I find it very awkward to hit the slider to turn off and no my early alarm. I seem to keep going into the edit alarm screen, which is not what I need to do. It seems very tricky to hit the right spot!
