I've never run into this before this morning...

So I wake up (naturally) 25 minutes after I was supposed to this morning, and ended up late for work. Here's why... I had a calendar alert for a meeting set to remind me at 7:25, and my usual alarm (via the clock app) set for 7:30. Now as we all know, if you're asleep, the calendar alert is not going to wake you up. When I looked at my phone to see why the alarm hadn't gone off I saw that the calendar alert was still there, in essence blocking the alarm. As soon as I dismissed the calendar, my alarm immediately started going off. Has anyone else run into this or is my phone on the fritz?

I've heard of this happening before. I guess its a pretty bad bug... but once you know about it, you know to make sure it doesn't happen again.

From now on just make sure all your calendar alerts are set to sound off after your alarm?

Oh and submit it to Apple if you even want them to consider fixing it. apple.com/support
