Blackberry. I've used Droid (Timely is the best). I've used iPhone (Wake and Rise are both good). But hands down Blackberry's system alarm clock is awesome. It's very dim and minimalistic. The alarm selections are great. They gradually get to full volume. It's like someone actually thought about it.
I absolutely love the BB OS and its gestures, but they dropped the ball and are out of the market. I'm iPhone all the way. I just wish I had the BB alarm clock on my iPhone. Am I the only one? Or am I missing something for Droid or iOS?
