Alarm icons bottom not showing

I had the three icons on the bottom of the watch when the alarm goes off. They suddenly disappeared when I reset my iPhone.

Anyone know how to get those back? One was weather.

Dude are you referring to the sleep alarms? These only appear when you turn off sleep focus or the alarm to wake up goes off.
