Alarm in nightstand mode

I'm fairly new to the Apple Watch. Only had it for a few weeks.

I'm nightstand mode it says there is an alarm set for 7:21am but nowhere in my phone or iPad do I have an alarm set for 7:21.

I can't find if the watch has its own alarm setting.

Any ideas? Thank you

Goodness, I'm sorry. I feel silly. I found it on the watch. There is an alarm app I must have set.

I thought it all mirrored the phone
