Alarm keeps going off

About a week ago, the alarm on my iPhone started going off at 0700 AM.

It was not even set for that time.

I deleted the time for 0700 and it still goes off.

I checked online and there were suggestions that it was a software problem or that I needed to restart the phone.

I have done all of these.

I have had this phone for over 3 years and it has never done this.

What do I need to do to make it stop?

Have to ask, are you sure it is the phone and not another alarm? Does this occur, for example, in different locations and not always in the same room or whatever?

Yes

It is my phone

it has happened in several places even if I do no even have 7am as an option

It happened again today
