Alarm notification- with no alarm??

Has anyone else gotten a notification of an alarm, even when there is no alarm set? I have a daily alarm set for 4:15am. But randomly since os4 I get this notification and I have no idea what it’s for. It doesn’t continuously go off like an alarm, just a quick buzz like a notification. I got it at 6am today. TIA

[doublepost=1507428510][/doublepost]I don’t have any alarms set on my phone. I have one set on my iPad for 4:15 because I’m OCD and worry my watch won’t go off. But that’s it.
