Can someone help? I'm testing everything on this XS Max. I remember having the same issue when I got the X last year. When I set the alarm to ring, what happens is, it rings loudly at first then softens quietly. I want it to consistently ring loud until I set it off. Does anyone know where in settings I can change this?

From what I understand, the ringer quietly softens in sound when I pick up the phone, but I don't want it to soften quietly. I want it to ring consistently based on my volume settings until I turn it off.

Thanks in advance for troubleshooting this for me.

Hey thanks. Default shows:

REQUIRE ATTENTION FOR FACE ID - ON (green)
ATTENTION AWARE FEATURES - ON (green)

I take it I turn off ATTENTION AWARE FEATURES - OFF (grayed out)

Correct?

Hey! I appreciate your help in troubleshooting this. It worked. I turned off ATTENTION AWARE FEATURES.

I didn't want to sleep through an alarm when I have to be up for work. Appreciate your help.
