Alarm switched from watch to phone and back again

Not sure if I should post this under AppleWatch or iPhone.

The other morning my alarm didn’t go off as usual on my watch but it did on my iPhone instead, I snoozed it and then after the snooze the alarm was back to my watch as it should be.

I think this has happened twice now.
