Home Alarm system for small department?

somebody have a good alarm system nest-like but a bit more affordable? Preferably without mandatory monthly fees and with a very good IPhone App?

I’m probably looking for 1 or 2 cams, 2 door sensor and couple movement sensors.

I'm using the D-Link Omna with built-in SD card so no subscriptions, which was the problem for me also with the alternative Logi Circle 2 choice. The built-in motion sensing is excellent, and then you only need some Eve door sensors to complete it to work with Homekit. The Omna app gives almost immediate fast access with no viewing lag on my iPhone X.
