Hello. Message alarms work randomly. Often there is no sound when receiving a message or sms. I contacted Apple, everything was checked in the settings and a restore was done. I sent them my iPhone 13 promax: it came back and I have the same problem. Do you think that if I reset it without then restoring from a backup by reloading the apps, that could change anything? Thank you !!
