Alarms not triggering properly when headphones are plugged in

On iOS 9 beta 2, it seems that when headphones are plugged in, alarms don’t make any sounds when they trigger, they just make the phone vibrate for a few seconds and then stop. This happens regardless of the phone's silent switch position and the Do Not Disturb setting.

Has anyone else seen this?
