Album Art Flashing White Annoyingly During Music Playback

I am loading up songs into my iPad. I go to look at the Music and play a song on my iPad that has finished copying over (while other songs are still copying from iTunes). The album art flashes white every 2 seconds and is REALLY annoying.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior? I dont think its normal as I've done a similar thing on my iPhone and don't see it.

I noticed it on mine last night (32gb wifi only). While downloading songs from iTunes and listening to already downloaded content, I noticed the white flicker/flash.
