Can any iPhone 4 users just test something for me.....

When your listening to the iPod then press the sleep button then press it again to go to the lock screen, it use to display album art, but now it shows my lock wallpaper.... is this right?

On a different note. I wish there was a setting to lock the orientation of the screen just for the iPod app so that when it is turned sideways it doesn't go into Cover Flow mode. I don't want to lock the whole phone to portrait. I never use cover flow and anytime I place it on my passenger seat it seems to shift and change to cover flow. But toggling that back and forth for all other apps would be a pain.

I don't mean to resurrect this thread, but I had the same problem after switching to the iPhone4 a few days ago. Should anybody else come across this too: rebooting fixes it.
Yes, you need to reboot the phone every time you add new music to correctly display the artwork on the lock screen.

As far as I can tell it's an iPhone4 issue only though. But maybe I'm wrong?!

Here's to hoping apple fixes this issue soon.
