Album Art Question

This may seem sort of nit-picky but I figured I'd ask:

Is there any way to update the album art on my iPhone without deleting all the songs and re-transferring?

I only ask because my iTunes collection is very large and disorganized, and I had already transferred the albums I wanted before I discovered the "Get Album Artwork" option.
