iPod touch Album art work messed up

Ok, So my ipod touch 32GB 2ed gen came in today. After loading songs in, the art work just comes up either blank or half way on the touch. Some times not in the list but n the song it self.

Did a restore, and uploaded Fringe and it messed up again.

Anyway to fix this...

2.1 Firmware issue

Apparentlly this is a makor issue not with your Ipod, but with the latest firmware release (2.1).. My girlfriend has the same problems with her artwork ever since she did the update. She called apple, and scheduled an appointment at our local apple store.....
