iPod Album Art

im having a prob with my album art on my 2GB nano, all the images are uploaded to iTunes fine, you can view them oin there, i update my iPod witha ll the latest tunes etc, it doesn't show up on hal the songs on the other its just a white square, and on 1 of the songs it does, so i deleted all the sounds etc, n tried again, still nothing, deleted them all out of iTunes, re -installed it tried again still no use, any ideas?
 
I had a similar problem with my iPod Photo all the artwork was correct on iTunes but messed up on the iPod, I fixed it by formating my iPod. Fire up the latest iPod updater from your Utilities folder and reset the iPod back to factory defaults.

donme all that, still have no joy :(
