Albums have doubled or tripled during sync

Today I was going through my albums (Hadn't looked at them since I synced my 3GS last Friday) and some have doubled/tripled. Anyone else had this happen to them? Any possible solutions? It only shows up on my phone. In iTunes it's correct, but on my phone some albums have tripled. I've gone from 1000 songs to about 2000.

My contacts are currently doubled.

click a song hold cntrl and click everything then hit delete.

That's just deleting my whole library. The problem isn't in the library, its fine. When I sync...songs double on my phone, not the library
