iPod Albums with the same name PROBLEM

Hi guys, I've been asking around for solutions to this problem with no luck so I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I just got my 80GB iPod Classic and I've updated to the latest iTune and iPod firmware. I'm experiencing some problems with albums with the same name under cover flow or browse by album.

Say for example:

Artist - Album Name
________________________

Singer 1 - Greatest Hits
Singer 2 - Greatest Hits
Singer 3 - Greatest Hits


When I browse to the cover art of Singer 3's Greatest Hits in "Cover Flow" and select it, what shows up is NOT the just the song list for Singer 3 but instead it's all the songs under Singer 1 + 2 + 3's greatest hits all combined together. The same happens if I choose Singer 1 or Singer 2's album in Cover Flow.

If I browse by "Albums", same thing happens.

Everything is fine however, if I browse by Artist though (Singer 3 --> Greatest Hits --> shows correct song list for Singer 3).


What's going on? How do I fix this? Thanks!!

Maybe you could change the album names, e.g.

Singer 1's Greatest Hits
Singer 2's Greatest Hits
etc.

or

Greatest Hits - Singer 1
Greatest Hits - Singer 2
etc.

or you could change each album's sort option in iTunes.

Maybe you could change the album names, e.g.

Greatest Hits - Singer 1
Greatest Hits - Singer 2

That's exactly what I do. Irritating, but it works.
