Alerts for different email accounts, Twitter, FB etc...

I have four email account on my Blackberry, and each has been assigned a different alert/tone. I also have different ones for Twitter (separate tones for mentions and DMs), etc, etc... Now, I'm trying to figure out how something similar on the iPad2, but can't seem to do it from the settings section(it looks like I can only have one alert for all my email accounts). Do I need an app for this?
